Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Organic Iodine, Vegetable Glycerine.
Contains no yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy products, artificial colours or sweeteners.

Directions
Shake vigorously before use
Adults:
Take 10-20mls 3-4 times daily.
Child:
1/2 the adult dose.
Baby (over 1 year): 1/4 the adult dose.
Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.

For best results use with a healthy balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate rest. East plenty of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, Formula 1022 Rich Mineral Sea Salt and pure water.
Caution:
Not to be taken in pregnancy or lactation. Consult your healthcare practitioner if suffering a thyroid condition, taking blood thinners or blood pressure medication.

Hyperacidity.

I bought this for my 7yo daughter, recommended by my Naturopath. Worked well and helped with regular bowel movements and detoxing. Not the best tasting but its only a small amount

very good
I wanted to get rid of anything not clean in my body and hopefully handle unnecessary fat around my body eventually. Also I was exhausted at that time - this disappeared and I become very energetic. This was biggest win I had through this product. I felt calmer since, this product definitely changed my life style. I was totally fine with the taste, actually I was even addicted to a bit.
