Directions
Take 2-3 capsules daily, 15 minutes before meals. It is always good to seek the advice of a physician familiar with NAC to possibly tailor
the dosage to the person’s pathophysiological condition. It is recommended to take Augmented NAC for at least 3 months, which
can be repeated in cycles.
To avoid a detox reaction, it is recommended to follow this prior to starting Augmented NAC for the first time:
Step 1: Preconditioning (1 Week)
Ordinary NAC (Ordinary N-Acetylcysteine): Take 600 mg once daily for 7 days.
Binders (to support detox): Take zeolite or activated charcoal daily, as directed on the product label, to assist in binding and removing released toxins.
Step 2: Introduction of Augmented NAC (ANAC)
Days 1–2: Take 1 capsule of ANAC per day (preferably in the morning).
Days 3–4: Increase to 2 capsules per day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening).
Day 5 onward: Increase to 3 capsules per day (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 in the evening), as tolerated.
Note: Augmented NAC is generally recommended to be taken on an empty stomach with plenty of water, 15 to 30 minutes before meals. However, for highly sensitive individuals, it is advisable to take it with meals to help minimise potential digestive discomfort.
Caution: Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be interpreted as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under three years of age.

Post-Chemo Help
I was so happy to find this product was readily available after learning of the benefits. Bye bye brain fog
I had degraded congnative issues which I knew that something was not right for awhile now and I can think better but just felt clouded.
I'd say within about 2 weeks of taking ANAC I noticed I was able to focus better which has affected so many areas of my life now ;c) I recommend them to anyone I come across especially those who had the carrot and having their life gone down hill ;c(
I was taking Zinc supplements already but someone told me zinc helps with aborbsion. Don't take my advice on this look it up yourself.

Amazing

Miracle
I've had long covid for 2.5 years...with major cognitive issues in the last year! Help hubbys long covid brain fog
