Credit Cards

We accept MasterCard and Visa and amounts are charged in the currency you select,  the payment is made through Payment Express ( DPS ) and no card numbers are entered through our site or saved anywhere on our site. If you want to use your American Express, JCB or Diners Card, Please Choose the PayPal option and enter your card details there. Please note that many banks may still charge an overseas transaction fee. To avoid this fee you can choose the PayPal option and use your credit card there without an account. If you do incur any extra fees that are unexpected, please come and talk to us, we’ll work something out!

 

“Return 2 Health”  will appear on your credit card statement and we do not initiate recurring transactions. We can accept credit card payments over the phone.

 

 

Paypal/American Express/Diners.

We are not currently accepting PayPal on our site.  Paypal have frozen our account several times i the last 20 years.  Sometimes for no reason and sometimes it has been for one product that they classify as “illegal” ( for example a product containing Kava ) .  The problem is that they don't tell us why at the time - they just say something like “you have been conducting illegal activity on your account” - and we have no access to anyone or ability to ask them why until 1-2 months later ( and sometimes they have said it will stay that way for 6 months ) .  Any other company who acted like this would be sued and most likely told off by the governing authorities.  we just cannot operate under that sort of inconsistency.  If you would like to use Paypal for an order, we can create it for you manually and send you a payment request .  We just cannot deal with that sort of problem on the site.  We will have American express on the site up and running most likely in August / September 2025
