Description
The minerals and trace elements in this product are 100% naturally sourced from the Dead Sea. They contain up to 72 naturally occurring minerals and trace elements and nearly equal amounts of magnesium and zinc to support exercise performance and recovery.
Unlike other electrolyte products, this contains no added sugars so you can choose the number of carbohydrates you consume.
Roles of the Major Electrolytes:

Directions
Add 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) of Elite to every litre of water consumed. Add lemon for taste preference.

Love it. It always works within minutes
Great product. Queensland has been unusually humid and easy to get tired from loss of electrolytes. This product handles in minutes. Love it. And pure. No rubbish in it

Great product. I have been using it for 6 years and find that it’s one of the most effective for [condition removed]. My preferred “dose" is a few drops in all water and other cold drinks, especially in the afternoon and evening and also during workouts

Tastes a little bitter - but that's a good thing. I don't want any sweeteners or sugar.
I mainly use this as a do Keto with intermittent and prolonged fasting and want to maintain nutrients when i fast.
The only issue for me is that it is difficult to mix the right quantity You only need a little bit and its easy to overdo it. I have started using a dropper and I am more consistent now.
