Directions
Take 1-2 capsules one to three times on an empty stomach, or as directed by a health care professional. Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-platelets, or taking any anti-coagulants. People with known bleeding tendency or known allergy to earthworms should not take this product.

Buluoke is a great product
Buluoke is a product recommended to me by a health practitioner as a partial substitute for chemical blood-thinners and seems to have been doing its job for me for many years now. My practitioner is very happy with all my blood-test results. I am unaware of side-effects (compared with problems with chemical options). The mainstream may pour scorn on alternatives like this but it seems to work for me. I appreciate the service provided by Return2Health - fast, moderately priced and easy to order, with occasional great bargain offers: a great place to buy supplements that can otherwise be prohibitive in cost (especially for long term use). AMAZING PRODUCT
