Ingrеdients
Ingredients per capsule:
Herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Griffonia simplicifolia (5HTP) 100mg
Other Ingredients: Encapsulating aids.

Contains No: Artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours.
No Added: gluten, dairy, wheat, fish, egg or soy. Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as professionally advised.

Caution: Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Should not be taken with prescription sleep medication, Parkinson's medication or Anti-depressants. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

5-HTP
I would highly recommend 5-HTP for anyone with Sciatica issues. I've been taking it for over 3 months now and can finally once again run without pain. I have two active boys and need a healthy dad. Also we have added a very energetic German Sherperd Pup who needs plenty of exercise and 5-HTP / Return2health have saved me.
