Each 10ml dose contains: Dried herbs:
Elecampane root 312.5mg
Horehound and Coltsfoot 208.48mg each
Pleurisy Root 41.66mg
Kumarahou Flower 33.18mg
Lobelia inflata 31.21mg (lobeline content <10ppm)
Cayenne Pepper Fruit 18.94mg
Ginger Root 18.78mg
Licorice Root 6.9mg
Plus: Menthol 18.78mg
Iodine 3.4mcg
Pure Essential Oils:
Pine Bark 8.33mg, Juniper Berry, Rosemary, Clove Bud, Cedarwood, Lemon, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus 4.16mg each.
Other Ingredients:
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, and Water.

Contains No: Gluten, Dairy, Alcohol, Preservatives, Artificial Colours, or Sweeteners.
Vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
Directions

Shake vigorously before use.

Adults (over 12 years):
Take 10-20mls 3-4 times daily. Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.

great product that helps with athsma when you are sick
Excellent product I have always had in the cupboard to help with my breathing when I am sick with a cold. My usual athsma pumps don't help when I am sick- but this does!

At last!! a cough mixture that actually works.
As soon as I sipped it my lungs felt "easier. I was happy to know that the the ingrediants were natural, and the mixture wasn`t the usaul sickly sweetness of other products. I loved it and have been encouraging others to use it

herbal remedy
My Husband has bad asthma, Lung problem and had bad chest infections this year and last and has been in hospital and has a lot of medicne but need something soothing that he could feel was doing some good and a friend at the village where we lived recommended your product which he is very please with i know it will never cure him but it does give him relief i actually am sorry i can't take it but i have high blood pressure and am on blood thiners

Recently I had influenza and this product was amazing. It helped immensely to decrease the increased mucous and relieved the terrible coughing which accompanied the flu. I will ensure that I have adequate supplies to last throughout the cold and flu season. It was especially helpful at night

Deep lung support
I am an asthmatic and need to be very careful each winter not to get a cold. In January last year I got a cold and it went straight to my lungs and a pain developed under my right breast, saw doctor about this and nothing they gave me shifted the pain even the xray showed up nothing. Took this product and within a few days the pain was gone. I certainly recommend it.
