Description
The active herbs and pure essential oils in this blend help to support a healthy respiratory system, healthy mucus production and healthy chest and throat. Expectorant Support can be taken alone or together with the other Harker Herbals products such as Chest Clear & Deep Lung Support.

Comfrey, Elecampane, Marshmallow.
Herbs:
Carrageen, Cayenne, Ginger.
Pure Essential Oils:
Camphor, Cedarwood, Jojoba, Lime, Menthol, Peppermint, Pine, Spearmint.
Plus:
Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Organic Iodine, Vegetable Glycerine.
Contains No: yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy products, artificial colours or sweeteners.

Directions
Shake vigorously before use
Adults:
Take 5-10mls 3-4 times daily.
Child:
1/2 the adult dose.
Baby (over 1 year): 1/4 the adult dose.
Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.

For best results use with a healthy balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate rest. East plenty of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, Formula 1022 Rich Mineral Sea Salt and pure water.
Caution:
Not to be taken in pregnancy or lactation. Consult your healthcare practitioner if suffering a thyroid condition, taking blood thinners or blood pressure medication.

Expectorant Support Excellent
An excellent product. I can feel the results all ready after two weeks. Less mucous on my lungs which is such a relief. Pleasant tasting. I would highly recommend this.

Excellent stuff
Wouldn't be without this! With a young family and all the sickness around, this is something I keep in my fridge always. It is excellent at loosening the chest and clearing the airways. Works a treat!!
