Directions
Adults over 12 years:
Use a dry teaspoon to mix 4.4g (1 heaped teaspoon) of powder into 100ml of water or add to a smoothie for a delicious berry-flavoured drink. Take once daily for best results. Seal the jar tightly after use.
Caution: Always read the label and use only as directed. If taking prescribed medication, consult your health professional before taking this product. If symptoms persist, seek professional medical advice. Note that some initial bloating may occur, but this typically improves after a few days. This is due to the die-off of less desirable organisms in the large intestine as your gut begins to rebalance.
