Jarrow Formulas Beta Glucan contains 250mg of beta glucan per capsule sourced from Baker's yeast.

Beta-glucans are a type of polysaccharide found in some cereals, bacteria, and fungi. Yeast-derived beta-glucan has been shown to help modulate immune function.
This formula contains a special extract of branched β1,3/β1,6 glucans sourced from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae which contains at least 80% long branched glucans.
Once absorbed by the body, beta-glucans are transported by macrophages through the lymphatic circulation to the granulocytes in the bone marrow. The patented beta-glucan extract in this product displayed immune activity in scientific studies.
