Description
Cognizin is made from stabilised Cytidine 5'-Diphosphocholine (CDP) which is an intermediate in phosphatidylcholine (PC) production and occurs naturally. The grey matter in the human brain is made up of 30% PC.

Great for focus & clear thinking
Jarrow citicoline improves my focus & ability to stay on task quite well. It takes a few days to kick in slowly but once it does it's a very noticeable difference in mental functioning.
I like to use it everyday for 2wks & then after that I find I only need it every second day to maintain the improvements, which makes it a bit more affordable.

I have reached an age (62) where I need all the help I can get!!...and Citicoline helps me...A LOT.
I have been taking it for about 10 months now and have noticed a real improvement in my memory, and clarity of thought. I was starting to get a little fuzzy, but now I find I am less confused, and I just feel better..I know that sounds vague and ephemeral...but I really do, I just feel better...and better is good!....
