Description

Amount Per Serving:

Magnesium (Elemental) 144mg
(from 2,000mg Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate)

Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Cellulose and Silicon Dioxide. Capsules consist of Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Contains No: Wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Certified NON-GMO by NSF.

Store in a cool dry place. DO NOT refrigerate.

Directions

Take 3 capsules per day; 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules an hour before bed. The capsules can be taken with or without food. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Great product
This product was originally recommended to me by a friend. I take one each night at least a half hour before going to bed. It helps to calm my mind. I also take one on the mornings that I will be doing computer work for our business. It helps clear my head so I concentrate better. My husband has also found one helpful when his head has gone a little foggy after doing computer work.

Helps with managing Adrenal Fatigue
I bought this product on recommendation from a relative to help calm my mind. I have an ongoing issue with adrenal fatigue due to another medical condition and have found that this product works well in conjuction with some other natural options to keep me calmer and my mind clearer and more positive.

Excellent Anxiety relief product
I originally sourced this product to try for relief to my anxiety, which had been in the extreme levels and may I say the results have been staggering. My anxiety has decreased, memory improved and generally I feel more calm, it has worked to calm my nervous system . I am taking 4000 mg per day. I still get a bit of cramping ,so will have to take a magnesium cleate product to stop that .
Easy on the stomach, I will continue to take for sure.
