Jarrow Formulas Milk Thistle contains 150mg highly concentracted extract of milk thistle to support healthy liver function.

Milk thistle is a well-known herb with a long history of use for supporting the liver. Studies have found that milk thistle helps to boost immune response and human studies have also shown it to have liver-protecting actions.

Jarrow Formulas Milk thistle is standardised to contain a total of 80% flavonoids including silymarin (silydianin, silychristin, silybinins A & B).
