Directions
Adults: Take 2-3 capsules daily, ideally around mealtimes.
Children (6-12 years): Take 1-2 capsules daily (in order to avoid the choking hazard, capsule contents can be sprinkled on food for young children).

Natural Vitamin C
I really prefer this vitamin C to synthetically produced products. I've used this Lifestream vitamin C for a few years and never had any issues. I generally use them when I'm travelling and not eating my normal diet I have at home.

Perfect..
I had been looking for good quality Vit C. particuarly Acerola, for ages. I required these for help with Iron absorption, these are perfect.
Postage was prompt too.. I will definitely be after more when I have got near the bottom of the container..Thanks heaps.

Great product
I love taking the organic vitamin C capsules the only one that I don't have a reaction to. I feel better knowing I am putting a natural product in my body. And help to build my immune system up to fight any viruses. Since taking them I haven't been sick and feel healthy

Healthy choice
Until I saw Lifestream Organic Vitamin C Caps listed, I thought and assumed all Vitamin C supplements were synthetic. I also noticed the daily dosage which encouraged me to check what are Australian recommended intakes . I was astounded. Why would anyone take a synthetic tablet when they can take a high quality natural supplement. Once I found the Lifestream Organic Vitamin C capsules I had no hesitation in changing to this product and will continue with this.

Vitamin C Organic capsules by Lifestream is a natural vitamin C, so one can't have any side effects or overdosing with this product. I like this product a lot. Now I buy bigger size bottles, as I need to take large doses. I have bought again 220 capsules. I am happy with the prompt delivery and helpful customer service.
