Proprietary Blend 446 mg
Sodium Alginate (from brown Seaweed)
Milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum)
Apple Fruit Pectin
N-Acetyl-L-cysteine
L-Methionine
Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris)
Magnesium Citrate
Kelp Leaf and Stem (Asophyllum nodosum and Laminaria digitata)
Alpha Lipoic Acid

Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water), rice concentrate.

Directions
Take one capsule twice daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose. If symptoms of headache, nausea, or diarrhea develop, reduce dosage and see your health care practitioner.

Very good product
This is a brilliant product it got rid of so much inflammation caused by a crown that fell out. My back was so bad and now it is so much better after just 2 bottles . I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is suffering inflammation and thinks it may be due to metal in their body.
