Ginger Rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
Oregon Grape Root & Rhizome (Mahonia aquifolium)
Turkey Rhubarb Root (Rheum officinale))
Red Clover Flower (Trifolium pratense)
Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water).
Please note: Couch grass was removed from this formula as it is now classed as an endangered species. No replacement ingredient was added, as it was not required for the integrity of this formula.

Directions
Take two (2) to four (4) capsules daily with a meal.
Warning: Do not take if pregnant. This formula is non-addictive and safe in recommended dosages; however, excessive doses should be avoided. In cases of chronic constipation, the quantities consumed may be increased until comfort is obtained. If vomiting or bleeding occurs at any dosage, discontinue immediately and consult your qualified healthcare professional. LBS II is a lower bowel cleanser.
