Best ever!
Although the product is supposed to help prostate, glands and immune system, I discovered from the U.S. that they actually block the substance which blocks collagen as we age, and I'm 75 yrs of age and they help me with my joints which don't stiffen up and I can walk twice a day to keep fit. Nature's Sunshine is my favourite brand because I know that company uses only quality ingredients, and no preservatives because I'm allergic to lots of preservatives. I will continue to buy them as I have been using them for years!
