Nordic Naturals Algae Omega supplies plant-source EPA and DHA and contains no fish. Also unlike most other algae oil products which are low in EPA, this blend provides a significant amount of EPA.

Nordic Naturals Algae Omega is sustainably sourced, pure and rich in both DHA & EPA essential fatty acids. Each batch is third party tested for heavy metals and environmental toxins. All algae oils are also in the tryglyceride form.

Total Omega-3's 715 mg
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 195 mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 390 mg
Other Omega-3's 130 mg

Ingredients: Algal Oil (marine algae oil [Schizochytrium sp.], high-oleic sunflower oil, rosemary extract, natural mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), soft gel capsule rosemary extract), Soft Gel Capsule (modified cornstarch, glycerin, carrageenan, sorbitol, water, carob colour).

Contains No: Gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colours or flavours.
Directions
Take 2 soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
