Phytoceutics® CellRecover™ Advanced (with Spermidine) 30VC is a convenient one-a-day supplement designed for adults, with 30 vegetable capsules per container. The formula combines spermidine trihydrochloride, providing 10mg spermidine per capsule, with FenuMat™ Quercetin, a micellar-hydrogel form providing 5mg quercetin and noted as equivalent to standard quercetin 300mg.
