Excellent product
Great service and prompt delivery.
Made Lactose free icecream and it is as good as the bought one. It makes 2 litres for $4.50 and the bought icecream costs $7.60 for 1.2 litres.
put lactase drops into 600mls of whipping cream and a tin of sweetened condensed milk, stir well and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
Beat cream until it is getting a bit thick and then drizzle tinned milk into the cream while still beating the cream and add vanilla to taste. Beat until really thick and then freeze. Beautiful icecream!! Enjoy. Pat
