Seeking Health Magnesium Plus is made with two well absorbed forms of magnesium; TRACCS Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate and Albion Magnesium Malate. Compared with other forms of magnesium, these two are less likely to cause negative side effects.
This formula also provides the active form of vitamin B6 known as P-5-P (pyridoxal 5-phosphate). Other products commonly use pyridoxine HCl, however this form cannot be to be converted to P-5-P in some situations such as when individuals are taking certain medications, if there are nutritional deficiencies, poor liver function or defective enzymes.
