Directions
As needed, take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast or as directed by your healthcare professional
NOTE: Use Kids Optimal Focus chewable if wanting to control dosage more specifically.
Caution: Do not use it if you are currently taking medication for ADHD or if you are pregnant. Children should consult their healthcare professional before use.

Fogginess or No Effect: Discontinue use. Your brain may already be too calm and actually needs more healthy excitation. Dopamine Nutrients provides more healthy stimulation in the brain as it supports healthy dopamine and norepinephrine.† Headaches: Avoid caffeine, as both caffeine and acetylcholine affect blood flow. Start with 1 capsule every other day or every 2 days. If headache persists after these changes, then stop using and switch to Kids Optimal Focus and use ½ a chewable every few days.
