Great Prenatal
I was recommended this pre-natal after others kept repeating on me and making my heartburn worse. No bad side effects with this prenatal, and although it can be tough to remember to take 8 during the day, I notice the difference rather than just taking one single tablet of the other brand vitamins. Maybe the constant release of vitamins helps your body to absorb more over the course of a day? Either way, I have way more energy when I take these prenatals so that's a win for me! Shipping is fairly fast too so that's great!

Perfect for women with MTHFR gene
As someone who was 'blessed' with the MTHFR gene, I had been unable to get pregnant for three years. After finding out, I switched to these vitamins and got pregnant in the first month!
You have to take 8 every day so keep that on mind when purchasing. I only ordered one bottle the first time but this time I ordered two. :)

Great for MTHFR carriers!
As a MTHFR carrier these were recommended and they have been great for me! A lot more engergy and I am confident it is all good for me.

Have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks and have been feeling much more energetic and far less 'brain fog'. Only draw back is the 8 tablets per day, some days I find it hard to get them all in, but even if I only have 4 or 6, I feel great!

The best
Used this throughout pregnancy, with no reaction (no nausea) and baby and myself are 100% healthy. I am now breastfeeding f and will continue to use this. Other prenatal a have made me feel nauseaus and the extra iron did not agree with me.
