Ingrеdients

Each tablet provides:

Betaine Hydrochloride 325mg
Pepsin (1:10,000 units*) 59mg

Other Ingredients: Microcystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose (bulking agents), Lactose (from milk - bulking agent), vegetable stearic acid and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), Cellulose Gum, Natural Peppermint Flavour.

Contains No: Gluten, wheat, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artifical flavours or colours.

Directions
Adults: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet with a meal to a maximum of three (3) times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Tablets should be swallowed with water - DO NOT CHEW. Do not exceed directions for use.

Acid reflux problems
Great product! Acid reflux non existence when goods taken with meal. As long as I don't go crazy and overeat. That is the key oh yea and chewing :)
I recommend for sufferers. Give it a go if u seek relief.
