Description
NattoXL is made with pharmaceutical grade, acid stable nattokinase. Its high potency is unique; standard nattokinase products usually contain up to 2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units of fibrin degrading activity) per capsule. NattoXL has 4,000 FU per capsule!
Nattokinase is a fibrin degrading enzyme.

Directions
Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach with a glass of water. Higher doses may be taken as required, but it is not recommended to exceed 15 capsules in any 24-hour period unless otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.

No more breathlessness!
An amazing product which has helped unblock an artery which was starting to block and causing me to be breathless when walking fast. No More! Higher dosage than other brands. I now Walk/climb steps with no ill effects

Nice Natto Caps
I think that mixing it up with enzymes, using different ones every now and then give our bodies what they need to stay healthy. This is a good product. I find it does what it is suppose to do. Relieved to find a natural product as an alternative to blood thinners.
I have only been taking the natto XL for a few weeks so I hope it is working. I certainly appreciated being able to speak with one of your consultants to get more information specific to my circumstances. I will continue to take this product as I had a bad reaction to Asprin and from all I have read the natto seems to have a positive effect on thinning blood and breaking up clots. So far so good!!
