Proteo-8 contains 8 key active ingredients:
Serrapeptase
Bromelain
Papain
Protease SP
Neutral Protease
MSM
Amylase
Lipase
This blend of protein digesting enzymes supports the body's natural process of breaking down unwanted protein such as in the form of scar tissue, cellular debris, toxins and dead tissue.
Suggested Dose: Take 1 capsule three times per day on an empty stomach with 250ml of water. For best results take either 1 hr before or 2 hrs after meals.
Caution: Anyone taking blood thinning medication, those with a bleeding disorder and pregnant or nursing mothers must consult their healthcare practitioner prior to taking this product.
I haven't been using this product very long. But it does seem to keep the pain away. I will definitely keep using it.

As I have only been taking this product for over 1 month it is a little early to judge its effectiveness however I have noticed a marked improvement in areas of my arthritis

Proteo 8 Fabulous product
The best product my husband and i have taken for arthritic pain. We both have tried so many products but this is the best so far. My knees suffered a lot of pain which are now feeling so much better. Also my husband had a lot of pain in his lower back and hips which have greatly improved. we both feel more supple and not as stiff. We have been able to go on longer walks which we are enjoying. It takes 2-3 weeks to feel the full effect but from day 1 I felt not as stiff. We wouldnt be without Proteo 8 now and fully recommend it.
