Directions
Use a required for massage or apply as needed to the skin as a moisturiser.

This balm is beautiful! The scent is so gorgeos and is great to help with sleep.
I rub this balm on my face and hands before bed time and it helps induce sleep quite quickly and also better quality sleep also, I haven't slept this well in years!!!!
