Ultimate Life Magnesium Complex pairs two highly absorbable forms of magnesium — magnesium amino acid chelate and di-magnesium malate — with supporting co-factors selected to enhance utilisation: vitamin B6 in its active P5P form, vitamin D3, zinc citrate and boron glycinate. Magnesium is central to nervous and muscular function, energy metabolism and bone density, and is depleted by stress, exercise, caffeine and alcohol.
