Description
The human body needs minerals and trace elements in adequate amounts for optimal biological function. However, due to intensive farming, soil leaching, and pollution, mineral deficiencies are common.

Directions
Take 1 drop per 3 kg of body weight, i.e. 60 kg body weight equals 20 drops of CMD. Either dilute these drops into the liquid you consume throughout the day, or split the dose to half in the morning and half in the evening in a glass of water. CMD can be added into any liquid consumed.

I love drinking water even more now!
I am loving the mineral drops from Return2Health. It is the first time I have tried them but I use them in my copper drink bottle every day and enjoy the flavour even! My husband has been using them too and has said the same thing (even though we drink filtered water). It really feels like, in a short space of time, that I have a lot more energy.

Amazing, clean and I like the taste!
I really like these mineral drops. I drink a lot of water and so need to remineralise often and just to a half dose of the drops per 750ml bottle to dilute the taste a bit.
I love these drops for increasing my mineral uptake and would highly reccommend!

One of the best investment for health
I have been using this product for more than 10 years now for many health concerns. Defo, one of the best investment for your health. Indeed the taste ain't great but you get used to it or you can just drink it straight away without breathing and you won't taste it that much. Personal tips on how to use it besides the recommended instruction. You can add it straight to an open wound ( for example if you have a cut), it heals way much faster. I sometimes use it for my eyes as well. When my eyes get blurry, I mixed 7 drops of CMD with water (make sure it is purified or filtered water and also change the mixture every week) and I use this drops mixture to my eyes, within a week you will definitely see improvements. I must say it is as actually very refreshing to my eyes. You will have to change the dosing of the drops depending on your eye vision though. I also double the recommended dose whenever I am not feeling well, helps my body recover faster. But hey these are just advices based on personal experience.

Excellent natural source of multi minerals
Good price and swift delivery, thanks. Been using this supplement for several years now, its an excellent natural source of multi minerals without preservatives, tableting aids etc etc. Good to add to sauces and soups too. I take daily in a long glass of water, without breathing to avoid the primeval soup flavour.
