Featuring ETASTM and Zizyphus, is a well known sleep supporting herb.

Magnesium aspartate has relaxing properties and is a highly bio-available form of Magnesium.

Ingrеdients
Each gelatin capsule contains:
Asparagus officinalis (Asparagus) extract (ETAS™) equiv. to shoot 1200mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Chinese date) extract equiv. to seed 1000mg
Magnesium Aspartate Complex (equiv. to Magnesium 100mg) 500mg
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.

No added: Gluten, dairy yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults:
Take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime
Adolescents aged 15 years and over:
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.

Great Product
I buy Sleep Science to ensure a night's sleep. I have always been a poor sleeper but didn't wish to take any products which might be addictive or have side effects.
I find your product is made from natural ingredients and I feel safe taking it. It definitely helps me get to sleep and stay asleep longer.
I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Sleep Science.

I buy Sleep Science capsules because they are a natural product. I am a poor sleeper and don't like to take prescribed sleep aids. I find them to be excellent and when I order online, my purchase arrives very quickly.

Excellent product
I’m a longtime insomniac who had tried everything, including meds and over a dozen different supplements. This one has worked extremely well. While it can be a bit pricier than others, I find it is worth it, have made a number of repeat orders already.

Very helpful sleep aid
I find these capsules assist with getting off to sleep and staying asleep in times of stress. They don't leave you drowsy and hung over in the morning like some others.
I would recommend them to anyone having trouble sleeping. Will buy again.

how I find these capsules
they seem to help me relax more when am trying to rest and also the magnesium in them alleviates my muscles spasms and cramps-without having to take separate magnesium supplements. reasonably priced and arrived safely and rather promptly at my home address.

Sleep Science
These were great- I was going through some stress and these capsules allowed me just to switch of and sleep soundly. They really work well compared to others I have tried at the pharmacy which do not assist sleep very much.
