Ingrеdients
Proprietary blend of herbs, homeopathics and flower essences containing 0.005g of dried herb equivalent per dose:
Piper methysticum
Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus)
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower)
Tilia vulgaris (Limeflower)
Hypericum perforatum (St John’s-Wort)
Actaea racemose (Black Cohosh)
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree)
Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle)
Homeopathic:
Mag Phos, Amyl nitrosum, Belladonna, Lachesis, Pulsatilla, Sanguinaria Canadensis, Sepia.
Combined with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand in a base of purified water, organic coconut glycerine and ethanol.
Directions
Keep on your bedside table for easy access.

Take 5 drops immediately before turning out the light to support getting off to sleep easier.

Take each time you wake in the night either naturally or with a hot flush or night sweat (for a maximum of 3 extra doses) to support you to get back to sleep more quickly.

Keep the remedy in your mouth for approximately 30 seconds while you lie back down, close your eyes and practice your slow deep sleep breathing technique to relax your nervous system. Repeat a mantra "I am sleepy now" over and over silently in your mind whilst practicing your deep breathing until you fall back to sleep again.

DO NOT get on your phone, tablet, ipad or otherwise.

Great product and easy to use
I've tried everything when it comes to trying to sleep. I've been using this product for 4 weeks and have found it to be great! I put 5 drops under my tongue just before bed and if I wake up during the night and can't go straight back to sleep due to hot flushes/night sweats then I put another 3 drops and not long after, back to sleep. For me this has been fantastic as I've suffered with Menopause insomnia for over 5 years and my hot flushes/night sweats are still strong as ever but at least now I'm getting around 7 hours rather than 2-3 hours of sleep per night.
