Zinc (as zinc sulfate) 5mg

Also contains:deionised water and methyl hydroxybenzoate
Directions
Recommended Adult Dosage:
Take 5 drops in fluid once daily or as directed.

Super simple to take, great for travel
Prior to this I was taking zinc tablets, I find these drops way easier. You can adjust the dose depending on how many drops and the drops are clear and more or less tasteless in water. I will be continuing with this supplement.
