FiveLac is ThreeLac with the addition of two strains of friendly bacteria; Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus acidophilus added to recolonise the digestive tract with a larger range of good bacteria. Like ThreeLac, FiveLac's effectiveness is due to the micro-encapsulation process that gets the live bacteria safely past the acidic environment in the stomach.
These oxygen-friendly bacteria go to work altering the pH (acid/alkaline) balance in the gut which creates an environment that is detrimental to Yeast & Fungi.
FiveLac contains a small amount of lactose to feed the Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria.
When you use FiveLac (or ThreeLac), there should be no need to adhere to impossible dietary restrictions.
To assist the process and for general health reasons, use common sense - avoid processed sweets and carbohydrates& soft drinks and reduce other processed foods. Instead, for sweets eat whole "raw" (fruit) in moderation and enjoy a good diet rich in natural nutritious foods.

Refined Yeast Powder, Dietary fibre as Galactomannan, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Beta Cyclodextrin, Erythritol, Lactose, Lemon Juice Powder, Silica, Canola oil. Contains a maximum of 30ppm casein (an ingredient derived from milk). May contain traces of gluten at less than 10ppm.
Adults take one packet a day to start with. Empty the packet contents into your mouth and follow with a few ounces of water, or add powder to a few ounces of water and drink. If additional support is desired, you may build gradually to a higher number of packets for the first 60 days. Amount needed may vary from person to person. Packets may be taken any time of the day, with or without meals. After 60 days, you may reduce to a maintenance amount of 1 packet per day, as desired.
Warning: Do not use if packet is torn or damaged. Do not take while taking antimicrobial products. Pregnant or nursing mothers, if under the care of a healthcare practitioner, or if you have a suppressed immune system, consult your health practitioner prior to use.
