FiveLac is the best probiotic I have ever used to fight off my yeast infection which started about 5 years ago because my old doctor gave me a strong antibiotic. I still take it once a day for my health and still have to be careful what I eat. I love it and will continue to take FiveLac for the rest of my life.

Fivelac sachets are convenient to store a quality probiotic without the need to refridgerate. I can take them with me when a travel so I can continue to take Fivelac. I prefer to pour contents into a glass of luke warm water before eating a meal.

My wife has tried different candida treatments but the only one that has been successful is Five Lac. Thankfully it has made her life normal, without Five Lac is a problem I don't want to think about.

I have used this product previously and I have just purchased some for my niece who has had reoccurring thrush. So fingers crossed it can help her like it has helped me. After trying heaps of other treatments, FiveLac is the only product that has prevented by candida infection.

I prefer 3-lac to 5-lac but even so this product is one, if not the best, product you can find that actually works to clear up an overgrowth of Candida Albicans. I'll never stop using Syntol, 3-lac, and 5-lac

I first bought Fivelac about 18 months ago, and hate running out of it. My husband is frequently on antibiotics and this has been a HUGE help in recovery - we both take 1 packet a day and two - four packets after antibiotics. Love it!

After doing the `spit` test for fungus and seeing HUGE `legs`, immediately, I started to take one sachet of 5 Lac once a day.



Of course my diet was modified as well, and after a few weeks, the `Legs` are not as big and take longer to appear.



Have further to go, but what a great start. IT WORKS



It`s been a few weeks ad after repeating the test

I have a long list of chronic health problems (most of which relate back to my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and a weak immune system is a big problem for me. That's mainly for genetic reasons, but it's made worse by the handfuls of medications I have to take to stay alive and functioning. I take Inner Health Plus probiotics every day and have done for years, but several times a year, I'll end up on IV antibiotics and a course of high-dose oral antibiotics always follows. This invariably screws up my digestive health (and thus, my health in general) for months. Since I *used* to be on antibiotics once every 2 months, on average, for some pretty serious infections, I was stuck in a cycle of becoming sick because of having BEEN sick.



I also had problems with chronic systemic fungal infections. These are nasty and can actually kill you...especially when your immune system sucks as badly as mine did, back then. My Candida was so out of control that heavy duty antifungal drugs were my only option.



But then, my dad got me onto Threelac a couple of years ago. I talked to my doctor about it and he said, by all means, to give it a try and continued to monitor me. I did all the conventional things as well as taking Threelac, but it was as though adding it into the mix (along with regular probiotics, a specialised diet and certain medications) allowed everything else I was doing to finally WORK.



Over the course of a year, it made such a massive difference that it's become my go-to recovery tool after the heavy duty antibiotics. Getting my digestive health under control and being able to consistently keep it that way has also improved my general health and I'm getting far fewer infections than I used to. That horrible antibiotics cycle in which I was stuck (and which is a common story among chronically immunocompromised people) is broken!! The fungal infections are also a thing of the past and I've been able (under medical supervision) to stop taking several of the medications upon which I once relied.



I've just had another run of IV antibiotics followed by uber high dose oral antibiotics and came back here to order another two boxes. After all the good it's done for me, I feel compelled to leave a review =]

There is no doubt that FiveLac helps. This was clear to me when i started with three, rather than what was suggested. I had massive Candida die off. I have taken it about 2 months, it really is magic in my honest oppinion. I was also on Nystatin tablets, which at the incorrect dose led to constant headache :-( FiveLac is great, use other broad spectrim probiotics too while on it. Sam
