Better than taking tablets
After a serious injury I was left with constant pain in my back and legs. This gives me the best relief from cramping muscle. It absorbs through the skin to the affected area and is more effective than than taking tablets.

I have had muscle and joint [Condition removed] for a long time and have used various forms of magnesium to enable me to settle and sleep at night. Fantastic
This cream is the best magnesium I have tried. All the family use e.g. kids' sporting injuries, and it works so well at reducing inflammation etc. It also rubs into the skin well and does not leave any greasy marks on clothing. I recommend it highly.
