Effective.
Major difficulty will be the number of tablets to swallow, not a problem for me but if you find tablets difficult, you may struggle with this one.

This detox changed my life...
I used to suffer from very bad IBS. I went through quite a few detoxes until i came across "The Ultimate Cleanse"... The name says it all really!! Before buying it i was very sceptical as a lot of cleanses have failed me in the past but i can safely say that for me personally this is the best cleanse out there. Since completing the 2 week course of pills and following the recommended diet my IBS has disappeared. I can't recommend this product enough. Everyone should do this cleanse once a year. It's not another one of those generic detoxes.. this stuff works!

Good quality and reliable
I have used this product 3 times now. The first time the effect was dramatic with a huge amount of 'build up being detoxed!! Since then I have a more healthy diet and the effect is much more moderate. The quality and mix of the herbs is good and you don't feel hungry. The herbs and fruit and vegetables you consume alongside them, fill you up. People need to be aware there are a lot of capsules to take!!! This is an excellent yearly spring clean

Energy and good health
I'm 44 years old and was feeling run down, tired, and lethargic. I could barely make it through a day without having an afternoon sleep and an early night. After completing the Ultimate Cleanse I have been feeling fantastic - energetic, no longer tired, my skin is clear and I have had many people asking if I've been on holiday.
