Jarrow Formulas B-Right is a carefully formulated vitamin B complex containing methyl folate, methylcobalamin and P-5-P.

This optimised B complex formula uses the most active form of folate methyl folate ((6S)-5-MTHF) as Quatrefolic, the 4th generation in folate delivery. Additionally, it also provides the preferred form of vitamin B12 known as methylcobalamin which is more readily absorbed and used by the body. Methylcobalamin acts with niacin to support nerve and brain health.
Vitamin B6 is added in its coenzyme form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) to support the metabolism of amino acids and proteins. The derivative of vitamin B-5 (pantethine) which is a precursor to coenzyme A supports oxidative metabolism.

Take 1 capsule a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare practitioner.
Caution: This product contains vitamin B3 (niacin), which may cause a “niacin flush,” especially when taken on an empty stomach. Symptoms are transient – typically lasting for approximately one-half hour – and may include burning, tingling, and itching sensations along with reddening of the skin. In some cases, dizziness and/or shortness of breath may occur. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use.
