Other Ingredients: None.

Contains No: Dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, sesame.

Suitable vegetarian and vegan.
Directions
As needed, blend, shake, or briskly mix 1 scoop daily in filtered water or beverage of your choice. This has no flavours or sweeteners, so you may choose to mix in some juice or add to Optimal Electrolyte. May be taken with or without food, any time of day or night. Best to sip vs chug. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

helps my night cramps
I would prefer Magnesium Malate in tablet form, as the powder is messy and doesn't dissolve very well, and I don't like the taste of it. But otherwise, delivery was prompt and the product helps my night cramps.

A very effective product.
This magnesium powder is works very well and is pure, so I'm not taking any added things I don't need. I suffer from FMS and it leaves me with extremely tight muscles and cramps, this product helps a great deal with this. And enables me to excersise with less pain.
