Description
Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is also known as 'the other CoQ10' as it supports healthy cellular energy levels and the body's natural antioxidant defences against free radicals.
Compared with other antioxidants like CoQ10, PQQ is thought to be very stable because of its ability to recycle back to its active form repeatedly.
PQQ is naturally found in most plants and is an enzyme cofactor in some bacteria. PQQ is undergoing further research to look at its potential benefits in human health, particularly in relation to mitochondrial function, metabolism and brain health.

Directions
