Jarrow Formulas PQQ contains 20mg BioPQQ Pyrroloquinoline Quinone per capsule to support heart, brain and mitochondrial health.
Pyrroloquinoline quinone is an enzyme cofactor naturally found in kiwifruit, papaya, parsley, and other foods, as well as breastmilk and the soil.
It behaves similar to an antioxidant but is able to continually cycle from reduced to oxidised and back again. This makes it extremely powerful as an antioxidant in the body.
PQQ is thought to protect proteins and help to support the production of new mitochondria (energy powerhouses) in the cells.

Not the reason for taking them but HAPPY FOR WHATEVER ELSE they are doing...?.?? Too early to tell for 'benefit with other symptoms' as yet.
