Copper (as copper gluconate) 0.5 mg
Histamine Nutrients Blend: 259.1mg
Alpha-Ketoglutaric Acid, SAMe (as S-adenosyl-L-methionine), PQQ (as LifePQQTM pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt), DAO2TM porcine kidney extract (Diamine Oxidase Activity 15,000 HDU)
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water, and gellan gum), ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silica.

Contains No: Dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, sesame.

Directions

As needed, take 1-2 capsules with food. Use during the day to support healthy histamine breakdown. Use during the evening to support a healthy onset of sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Histamine Nutrients Helps a Lot
As a Histamine Intolerant person, I have found that by taking two Histamine Nutrients capsules before bed has reduced my symptoms and reactivity. It is a blend of supplements and vitamins which are specifically targeted for HI sufferers. I was taking it for a month then ran out so stopped, and really noticed the difference. I can't wait to restock and restart taking this product daily, because I know that it helps me.

Definitely helpful
I have been taking this once a day so far to help with my histamine intolerance and it's definitely improved my symptoms already. I also highly recommend the return2health customer service team, they are extremely helpful with solving issues (I had to return a similar product I was reacting to and they arranged a refund and recommended this product which turned out great!)

So beneficial
I take this pills as I have MCAS. They certainly help me keep histamine flare ups to a minimum. I feel much less stressed about eating out when I take these. Best thing is they can be taken just before you eat so you are not having to ensure that your food arriving a certain time.

I have issues with histamine . I feel this is a good product for those whose body is not so intolerant to Histamine and acid as mine

Great results!
We've been using this product last thing at night to see if it could improve the quality of our sleep (as suggested by [*Doctors name removed*] in one of his videos). And we have had some good and welcome success! Well worth trying if you struggle with histamine intolerance. Fabulous product!
