Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb also known as Withania. This adaptogenic herb has long been used to support the body during times of stress.
It may also support energy levels, concentration and immune system health.

Each vegetable capsule provides:
Standardised Ashwagandha Root Powdered Extract (1.5% [4.5mg] withanolides) 300mg
Raw Ashwagandha Root Powder 100mg
Other Ingredients:
Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), Antioxidant (powdered blend* of beta-carotene prep. and ascorbic acid).
*PhytO2X® is a special blend of natural antioxidants, the purpose of which is to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
Contains No: Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Wheat, Soy, Gluten, Dairy, Artificial Preservatives, Flavours or Colours.

Directions
