This unique massage balm has twice the amount of Arnica of the other Tui Balms massage balms and it also contains St John's Wort for its nerve support. Its blend of all-natural ingredients with natural healing properties supports healthy myofascia, muscles, ligaments, skin, and tendons. This balm is especially useful after myofascial stretching and its semi-solid consistency supports the natural flow of massage with just the right amount of friction and no spillages, unlike massage oil.
