Ultimate Life MSM is pure methylsulfonylmethane — a naturally occurring organic sulphur compound found in the human body and many foods — at a clinical 5g per teaspoon, unflavoured. Sulphur is essential to the structure of body proteins, the formation of keratin (for hair and nails) and collagen (for bones and skin), and the body's reactions that convert food into energy and clear toxins. MSM is particularly used to support joint and connective-tissue comfort, to support post-workout muscle soreness in athletes, and is taken by people managing rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, lupus and TMJ dysfunction.
