Ultimate Life Joint Food Complex packs nine joint-matrix nutrients into a single pineapple-flavoured scoop — glucosamine 1500mg, chondroitin 500mg, MSM 1000mg and hyaluronic acid alongside vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids, zinc, manganese, boron and copper. Glucosamine and chondroitin are key building blocks of cartilage; MSM contributes organic sulphur for connective tissue; hyaluronic acid supports the viscosity of synovial joint fluid; and the trace minerals (especially boron) help slow age-related bone density loss. The formula is free from added gluten, yeast, wheat, dairy, preservatives and artificial colours or sweeteners.
