Lifestream Greens Daily Blend Capsules:
Adults: Take 4 capsules per day, with food.
Children 6-12 years: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Lifestream Greens Daily Blend Powder:
Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) daily.
Children 6-12yrs: ½ teaspoon (1.5g) daily.
Add to juice, yoghurt or your favourite smoothie and mix well.
