Spirulina is a microscopic freshwater alga plant that has great bioavailability for nutritional uptake within the body. It is a well-tolerated natural plant source of a wide range of nutrients. Lifestream Spirulina Bioactive is an abundant, natural superfood and a good source of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients (carotenoids & chlorophyll). Great service
I was thrilled to find my lifestream spirulina it has been getting harder to find. I have been using this Product for years. And to actually get a bonus Product with it blew me away it was a chance to try something else.

Best Spirulina!
Out of all the Lifestream spirulina and Greens products I find the Spirulina Bioactive is their best product is the best for me. Having taken it for about 6 years straight I decided I was no longer getting the benefits from it so I stopped taking it for about three months and couldn’t understand why I had no energy and was always tired. About 3 weeks after taking it again I realised what the problem had been - no Spirulina! Won’t make that mistake again. Brilliant product, no side effects.

Good - a little confused about how many to take (seems a lot?).

Lifestream Spirulina
I have taken Lifestream Spirulina since the mid-1990's. I find it to be a reliable source, full of goodness and benefits. The main reason I have taken it over the years is to maintain good iron levels. It was my main go-to product while pregnant. My doctor and gynaecologist asked if I was taking a pregnancy vitamin, in addition to Folic Acid. I introduced them to spirulina and they were happy to endorse its use. My 17y/o daughter now takes it too, to help maintain a healthy iron level.
I have recommended your product to many friends and colleagues over the years, including a sister of mine who had [*condition removed*]. While waiting on a hysterectomy, she took Lifestream Spirulina and her iron level increased substantially.

Excellent Spirulina Product
Presented as a dark green, easy to swallow tablet. I have recommended this product to many of my working and retired colleagues who suffer from work fatigue and health problems associated with the health challenges that nursing presents. A great booster to immune system, a real powerhouse of minerals and vitamins essential to a healthy life. I would also recommend your Spirulina tablets to everyone who feels they need a boost to their general health and well being.
