I take them every day and they are the most effective I have tried . The results were not immediate but after several weeks my digestion improved . I still find it is important to maintain a balanced and healthy diet . When travelling I always take plenty of OM-X with me .

Fantastic fermented probiotic with multi-vitamins
As a practitioner what I like about this probiotic is that it is fermented. Fermented probiotics have much more variety and a larger amount of good bacteria. It also has food based vitamins and minerals which are much more absorbable by the body. It is great for any health issue and therefore I recommend it as a priority for all my clients.

my young son was born with an immune disorder. I have used this product for him & the whole family. He was constantly sick with colds or flu that always turned into sinus infections & tonsilitus. We were on a revolving door of antibiotics. OMX Probiotics helped change that for us. We take it every week (especially during flu season) I will cut the capsule & squeeze it on my kids tongues if exposed to another sick kid or if they have a sore throat. Once my husband & i got food poisoning from a milk shake. I took a handfull of capsules before the throwing up started & he didn't. My symptoms were mild compared to him (i came close to calling an ambulance). Great

When I think of Japan I think of OMX but where also the world's oldest people attain ages of how old our bodies are designed to wear until. For example & currently Mar 2014, a lady about to turn 116. Ive found since taking OM-X, my bloating and gas has reduced significantly and I have increased energy levels. This is definately an amazing probiotic to aid in the re colonization of the gut, especially after being on antibiotics, painkillers and anti inflamtories for long periods of time pre and post op.

Best Probiotic Available
As a colon hydrotherapist, I know the importance of probiotics. Dr Ohhira's is the best probiotic I have been able to find. My clients notice an improvement almost immediately and because it doesn't need to be refrigerated, it is easier to remember to take and there fore improves effectiveness.

Cant live without
Highly recommend these probiotics. I have them everyday and feel a better healthier person for it. I can eat all sorts of foods now without getting the bad stomach pains i used to get and i love the feeling of knowing im constantly being detoxed from them. You may get a lot of detox symptoms to start off with but they subside once your body has ridded all the toxins. This just shows that they do work which is great. Great product.
