Dr. Ohhira's OM-X is a Premium Probiotic formula made through fermentation and maturation using lactic acid bacteria isolated and identified from Tempeh, a traditional fermented food in Southeast Asia.

I picked Dr. Ohirras OM-X because of the research, attention to detail and his awards.
I have never used any probiotics - only garbage to 'sooth' the stomach by way of digestive pills, antacids and the like.
Believe me, this is what happened.
Started on 4th Jan and took 2 caps at breakfast and 1 cap in the evening for 1 week. Since then 2 caps in the morning with food at breakfast. Now I have a relaxed tummy, no more constipation, no more bloating, very little belching and my general energy and wellbeing has moved up greatly. All after only 27 days - that's one pretty outstanding product in my book.
I am impressed, greatly pleased and thankful - and now about to order my next box.
