I've been using Dr OMX probiotics for many years now and recently have been giving to my son. Our health is great and anytime I feel a cold coming on I up our dose of probiotics and it doesn't stick around long at all. It helped me a lot with my acid reflux. I normally take it 2x or 3x a day depending on what Iam having for lunch and dinner. Definitely a routine before bfasr.

Since an early age I have had digestive issues which I think is an achilles heel to your health. All disease begins as a direct corollary of the health and integrity of your gut. As for the particulars the OMX pills are easy to swallow and are the size of a vitamin E capsule. They require no refrigeration so you can take them anywhere in your bag or if you travel. It has 12 strains of probiotic which is better than the just dual lacto/acidopholous strains commonly available - you really require what is called a broad spectrum to get the lasting benefits from a probiotic Finally as you may well be aware 95% of probiotics on the market don't actually reach the gut due to acid resistant capsules. I first started to use OMX in 1990th as soon it arrived to Australia . I just wanted to try new Probiotic for my general wellbeing . To my surprise it had a positive side effect that I did not expect. From yearly childhood I suffered from heartburns about 30-40 min after each meal . At age 30+ I had XRAY with Barium and the Roentgenologist told me that my valve in the stomach is not working, so with this I have to live . Shortly after using OMX for few month and then I stoped using it , one day I caught my self thinking that I do not have heartburns any more. It was at age about 50. Now I am 69 so for last 20 years I do not know what heartburns they are . Telling the truth I am using OMX only during winter season. In year 2013 I did not use it in the winter and got very sick , when I am using OMX I may get once in the winter some cold but in very light form .
